Dance Central - Xbox 360 Microsoft Videogame

Bought this because my niece and I love the dance games and this one certainly didn't disappoint us.

Got this game after reading the reviews. Awesome game. My wife starts playing as soon as she gets home. There is no cheating in this game like with the wii. Arms legs and everything have to move. Its a little hard for me to play but still enjoy trying.

This game is fun and a half! They teach you all the moves and give them names and "flash cards" to remind you what to do. You can slow things down if you're not understanding a move. They have old school (cabbagepatch) and new school moves. You can play by yourself or battle it out with another player. Can't wait to play some more!

If you have a Kinect this is one of the best games you can get for it, along-side Kinect Sports. It's amazing how accurately it notices your form, and critiques you on it. And you thought "Dance Dance" games were fun. I've forgotten those games exist now. The set of songs is a mix of old school and current dance and hip-hop. It's very rare to see a move repeated in another song, and I love that. The moves for each song really have you feeling it too, and that puts the fun factor through the roof. I'm searching hard for a con, but having trouble. I guess I'd tell you to avoid it if you don't like moving around a whole lot(again, it's no Dance Dance)...because only after 2-3 songs in on hard, it starts testing you pretty good. Oh, I thought of another one...ceiling fans. Ouch.

I just got this today and my husband and I love it! We both line dance, but this is different. It teaches you how to dance and we love the music!! If you like to dance or want to learn it's a must have! I am 55 and love the music! **We just got the xbox with the kinect, awesome!

Didn't get it at first, bu after looking on the internet I had to go get it. It is AWESOME!!! I've only had it for a day now but I've had so much fun with it, including my spouse and children.

Great game! It shows you step by step dance moves, has really good music and is and easy to work out to. LOVE IT!!!

Dance Central has songs from different genres and different generations so that all can find something they like to dance to. Not only is it tons of fun, when you're done, you'll be breathing heavy. I'm 44, and it's the best exercise tool I've ever used because it's so fun I don't know I'm exercising. Kids of all ages absolutely love it and get hooked on it.

Purchased this game as part of my xbox kinect bundle. Lots of fun for friends and family (and a great way to get some exercise)! The only real drawback I found was that only one player can play at a time, so others must sit out and wait their turn. Would be better if at least 2 people could dance at the same time.
