Dance Off The Inches: Country Line Dance
This workout is fun, easy to follow and really works. Great for all fitness levels. I highly recommend this workout and plan on getting the next workouts in this series.

Cute. Not what I expected but I can feel it working. Fun and really gets you moving.

Not what I expected
If you just want exercise then this dvd might be for you. I was very unsatisfied with the line dancing that they taught, it's not the normal line dancing that I have learned at a dance class. I was hoping to learn new dances, but this was just one unappealing exercise video.

Waste of Time and Money
This video was silly and I didn't get my heart rate up at all, much less lose any inches or pounds. Maybe better for the beginner to exercise or a teen but goofy and not worthwhile. This will be sold on ebay...
