Easy to follow the pace is just right!!!

I had the best time exercising to this video. I am not a country (or country western) fan, but I did enjoy dancing/exercising to this video. And, to my great surprise, it did indeed help me to sweat and it had me out of breath at times. But the dance routines were so fun that I did not really notice that I was exercising! Best buy for the money!

This is an extremely fun workout. You better be ready to really sweat when doing this workout. It is impossible to not lose weight with this one. Good for any level of exerciser. They show you the steps first so it is easy to catch on. I highly recommend for anyone that likes to dance.

I bought this video from Wal-mart, and because I didn't want to do it alone, I convinced my 6'4" husband to try it with me. He laughed because he didn't think it would be a work out! There are 4 seperate sections, and at the end of two sections, he was exhausted! I remember the instructor saying "I feel myself losing a pound!" I thought "yea right". The next morning I lost 0.7 pounds! I am on a diet, and that is why I wanted to find a good excersie! This works! The moves are so much fun, and I felt like I could walk into a country bar and dance away. You sweat a lot! and it is non-stop for 45 minutes or so. The moves are not too difficult and after a couple of tries, they are easy to pick up on! Give it a shot! Worth the $10!!!

Exactly what I was wanting.

It is a fast, hare workout, my nieces and kids all done this with me ages range from 50 years-2years and they all had fun hard to follow, but we didn't watch the tutorial first. we did 10 min first time and we were all tired.. but keep increasing and its getting easier.

I've done various aerobic dance moves for years, which is what a lot of Country Line Dancing is, yet putting together which move in which direction with which foot makes all the difference. The format of this dvd, where the camera is flipped from one angle to another, and one person to another, one part of a body to another - makes it frustrating and difficult to learn the dances. If they would keep the camera in the front, with an entire view, it would be so much easier! I'll keep hunting for a dvd that has this easy to view format. Other than that, the music, dancers, and routines were good.

This is a fun series and my 6 year old daughter likes to dance to it the only disappointment is in the instruction. It's more suited for adults with exercise video experience or already capable of dancing to country style music difficult for a beginner to keep up with.

To busy, should be slower an steps warm up not separate from exercise
