Dancing With The Stars: Latin Cardio Dance [DVD] [DVD]

Great for exercise!

I just bought this DVD and have done it the past 2 days! I say done it, I haven't been able to complete a full dance because it really gets your heart pumping and body burning! I have played college basketball and I feel that I am in somewhat decent shape. I can feel it working in my arms, legs & butt! This definitely beats running to get your cardio workout. I plan to purchase other Dancing with the Stars workout DVDs! It's fun and easy to catch on to! I would reccommend this product to anyone who wants a fun way to start getting into shape!

I think this is a great workout if you've been "out of the game" for a while. I was a 7-days-a-week dancer throughout my childhood and teen years. Now in my mid 20's and feeling slightly out of shape. I've sweat more during this workout than 30 mins of jogging on the treadmill! I think I'll be adding this in once a week to my new exercise routine to have a fun change of pace!

I absolutely love this work out dvd! I have hated working out and have avoided it for a long time so I decided I should try doing something I loved doing to lose weight. I have always be interested in dance, and music as always made me want to get up and move. I have done it for a couple of months now and lost 10 pounds, I do it 4 times a week ( long with trying to eat a little better and a little less)! I really feel it everywhere in my legs when I work out which is great, because that is my problem area. And I feel it in my sides, probably would be great if someone had love handles. It really makes u sweat and gets ur heart bumping! And what a great vaule! The only thing was at first it was hard to pick up on some moves that they did really fast but they do show u how to do them slow at first. I just didn't give up, and now I pretty much got it down. I am going to buy another DWTS work out soon!

They always make it look so easy on the show which is not the case at all! Its a great work out and it works all parts of the body. The toning work out is really good too! You can feel it working. The thing I like about DWTS DVD's is that you can get a good work out anytime of the day and you dont have to worry bout the weather while working out.

I just purchased this workout, and its the best! After dancing for a minute, you can feel it working you out. It will make you sweat, heart rate will go up, and you'll have fun! You can't beat that for its price under $10.00. I highly recommend this dvd.

Yes, I am a grasper, looking for quick weight loss! And it's rare to find a workout video that doesn't make you want to turn it off after 5 minutes. I was going to buy zumba but it was too much money and saw this. OMG it is almost like zumba, just not so high impact and "hip-hop like" and 1/3 the price! It was so much fun that I didn't even notice that I had done 45 minutes of it! Yes, there are times that I just cannot get the moves, they go too fast, but it'll just take practice!

Love the different routines they have put together in this dvd. I enjoy it every time I use it.

This product should have somewhere on it, that this is NOT FOR THE NOVICE. This is much like a Zumba workout. This is VERY FAST PACED and not easy to follow if you don't know or have never danced latin dance. NOT FOR VERY BIG people who get winded on a tread mill.

I bought this video to change my workout routine by adding dance. I was disappointed by the very short rushed basic dance steps shown. There was also a short workout section which didn't even bring my heart rate up. This video is for people looking to learn basic dance steps NOT for a real dance workout.
