Hose is stiff. Would be easier to use if the hose was more flexible.

a little difficult to attach but all in all a good product. it wasnt what i needed so i returned it.

Works as described but...
...the only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars is because the hose part is not easy to stretch out. Also you have to make sure the connector is on properly or it will pop off. That can be annoying because it isn't always easy to link up the arrows without twisting the entire hose to a position that is undesirable for use of washing my daughter's hair. This can be worked out correctly, it just takes a bit of patience. Other than these two things it works well.
