If you like marshmallow fluff, but only use plant-based products, you will like this. It's not exactly like old fashioned fluff, I find it has a molasses back taste; not a bad thing, just not expected. Overall, it is tasty and I like the texture-it has some body to it. For me, it will be a special treat, especially because the price is quite high for the amount in a jar.

This is good for cooking like baking. In microweave it did not work well. It went outside the bowl then hardened. Ambrosia did without browned hardened marshmell ow. Brownies or no cooking Rice krispies taste great with easy to use smooth marsh mellow that is quick easy to use.

Dandies Vegan Marshmallow Cream, Vanilla
This is a wonderful product. I like to bake and using this marshmallow cream without anything artificial in it is a winner for me. I have used in on brownies and as a filling for a cake. I think there is great value for the money and I appreciate the quality of this product.

This product is too small to do anything with it! I can't make any because it is maybe 1/2 of a cup if you are luck!
