good but deal with dead ends first.
definitely wanna trim dead or dried ends when using this other than that it's a good straightner. It heats up pretty quickly. I like it.

Lasted a year.
It did its job but only lasted me a year with me only using it once a day. I have short hair ( bob length) so no heavy use and it was unplugged after use.

Not hot enough and tugs unevenly.
Waste of money. Did not get hot enough. Took almost an hour to straighten my hair and it is still "bulky" and not smooth. It tugs on the hair, especially the shorter fine areas and seems to pull hair unevenly. Two stars instead of one was the swivel cord and how light weight it was. Would not recommend.

Not great
Not great. Does not get very hot and cannot adjust the heat, pulls on the hair too much and is not smooth. Didn’t get my hair straight like how I like it, and my hair is already a little straight naturally.

Not Hot Enough AND PULLS hair. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
not hot enough and pulls hair! do not recommend. i have thin fine hair and it wouldn't even straighten out any kinks. the one level of heat is not hot enough to do anything. no wonder it was on clearance
