Both the strawberry and cotton candy flavor are incredibly pleasant and delicious without being overly sweet. She loves the cotton candy flavor and especially the paw patrol characters, which is her favorite at the moment. I like them because they are quick and easy, have lower sugar and aren't made with any nasty ingredients like artificial colorants or high fructose corn syrup. Win win!!

We use a half of a straw and pierce the foil to drink these to avoid spills. She drank the entire thing in less than a minute and you could hear her slurping the straw to get every last drip. She said “yum”! We did shake this w before drinking, so there was no separation in the consistency.
