when I received the ham it was in a soft pack mailer although it was vacuum packed when I opened it today it did not smell fresh. and it was not frozen when received in the male. they smelled foul.

Vacuum sealed package arrived having lost seal and contents were gray unlike the biscuit slice packages also in the order.
