Pretty creamy, good fruit-yogurt ratio, great with granola. This is a tasty quick snack, or double up and mix the flavors for a “mixed berry” over granola. I buy this and it's about the same price as other Greek yogurts.

Flavor wise these are very good however, as far as nutrition, I'm not sure this is the best go to. It's good if you're in a pinch or if it's on sale, but it's not something that I would eat every day too high in sugar and calories and not high enough in protein.
