This flavor is one of my favorites. It tastes like what it advertises it is. Since it is a part of the light n fit line, you can eat it plain with add ins or without. Glad it comes in a 4 pack because I eat it just about every day. The packaging and the frequency of them being on sale, is even more appealing,

I like Strawberry Light & Fit because it tastes like an actual thing. 🍓 It's bright, simple, and refreshing—yogurt doing what yogurt is supposed to do. The strawberry flavor feels clean and recognizable, like fruit was invited on purpose. And in the perfect personal serving. The cheesecake one, though? That's where it loses me. Once you introduce “cheesecake,” it stops tasting like yogurt and starts tasting like an idea of dessert. It leans artificial, a little too engineered, like it's trying to convince me of something instead of just being good. Strawberry knows its lane. Cheesecake tries too hard.

Very good toasted coconut yogurt, and liked the strawberry cheesecake too. Decent value for 8 containers at $5.50 ish.

Strawberry flavor is good but coconut is not.

All of the containers were watery as if kept at too cold a temperature or not refrigerated. Hard to know with a pickup.
