[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive the dap 2in1 wall and ceiling spray texture popcorn water based formula, the nozzle was adjustable, made for easy use, i definitely will be purchasing more, i was able to do my ceiling by myself w/0 help.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first diy project in regards to fixing a spot on my ceiling. I always hired people in the past. When I received the 2-1 wall&ceiling spray texture, I figured I'd try it and if it didn't work, I could hire out. I'm glad I tried it. I was presently surprised at how easy it was to use this. For someone who's never worked on anything ceiling related…a cinch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother in law's house had some water damage from a bad roof. This stuff is awesome! It blended really well with the existing ceiling texture and there haven't been any issues. I didn't get a picture but it really does work well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband decided to use it in one of his buildings, and he couldn't believe how easy it was to use. The nozzle allows you to get in those hard to reach places with little to no mess. He also found that it didn't clog as bad with very little dripping.
This product claims to not need primer, that isn't true. Make sure to primer and paint before application.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This can of spray on texture popcorn ceiling spray is a pretty smart way of allowing people to repair popcorn style ceilings. I am not sure about walls, but I have the popcorn ceilings. I pretty much always have, and the buckets of this stuff are a mess and so much more difficult to work with. This can, you can spray at pretty much any angle when needed. It will spray upside down or on its side for at least a few minutes before you need to shake and straighten it.. I recommend this product for anyone needing to repair popcorn ceilings. Home owners or construction/home builders would likely find this much easier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprising , my parents house still gave popcorn ceilings, so this worked well to patch small area. Easy to use. It's a large bottle to use small area, but depends how much you use. Does have a strong smell. You can use everywhere.you may have. Overall it's good small areas.
completely useless! I shook the can for about half an hour to full mix. When I sprayed the ceiling it simply formed up and looked like ready whip/cool whip and fell off within 30 seconds. To top it off its water based so my ceiling got wet and is now discolored. Do not waste your time or money on this product.
It's very messy, even though directions say it is not. It fell off ceiling in clumps, some stayed on ceiling. I followed directions, and my husband also tried it, with the same results. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND
Purchased this last week. Thought it was a bit pricey at $25. Bought it anyways for a small repair. Product was less than satisfactory. Low pressure, only shot material 3-4”, and instead of a popcorn look I got a bunch of fat clumps shot all over my floor and walls. 10/10 do not recommend.
