They fit lose and are very light weight and die a great job at wicking any moisture away from your skin. The colors are more neutral and the prices are extremely fair for the quality. I received these in exchange for my honest opinion. They are high quality and extremely comfortable.

The items run true to size and is extremely lightweight. The material feel nice on the skin.

My husband absolutely loved them and wear them for workout in gym. These are so light and breathable fabric. I choose size small n they are true to size. They are so comfortable for your everyday workouts. I like them.

terrible craftsmanship , these are supposed to be 1/4 zipper shirts the zipper is 4" longer than the opening and has been left hanging inside the shirt. shabby workmanship.

Fit & Material: The shirts are made from 100% polyester and are true to size, though slightly long (pictured on a 5'10” man). The material is thin and lightweight but not particularly breathable. The lack of stretch in the fabric makes the fit somewhat restrictive, which isn't ideal for activewear. Design & Construction Issues: The garment construction is subpar, with noticeable flaws: •The fabric appears to be cut on the wrong grain, causing it to stretch vertically instead of horizontally, resulting in puckering around the armpits (pictured). •Stitching around the collar and zipper is poorly done, adding to the overall low-quality feel. Performance: While the material absorbs moisture quickly, it takes a while to air-dry. Additionally, sweat stains are highly visible in these colors, which may be a concern for those who sweat heavily. Care Instructions: The shirts washed fine in warm water, but I'd advise against using a dryer despite the care instructions, as the material doesn't feel durable enough to withstand high heat. Final Thoughts: While these shirts are lightweight, true to size, and not uncomfortable, they lack the flexibility and quality expected from activewear. The restrictive fit, poor construction, and slow-drying material make them less than ideal for workouts. Fabric was very crooked or badly Bunched up at zipper making them Unusable
