I love it. Just used it once and it already made my thoughts of hot summer days cooler.. I'm from a time where my kids and I made our own icees inside using watever juice there was hated koolaid so no and putting them in small plastic cups n freezing them. This however is just as good and dumb easy to use!!

I must say this is a 5 star snow cone/shaved ice maker. I haven't used it for any of the other things yet, as I primarily bought this for my 10 yo daughter who has another one at my parents house, and she wishes she could take this one back and forth with her.

My mom has been craving a slushy every day and now we no longer have to go out to grab her one. She is diabetic, so it's great that we can make her sugar free versions with her favorite flavors.

I feel that this is a great product at the present time. I love the way that you can make the ice thicker or thinner, depending on what you are creating.. So far this is a great product., I only hope it continues to last!

Ok so we have several blenders, slushy cups and kitchen gadgets that do pretty much the same things. But none of them trigger a childhood memory of my Mom's ice crusher like this device does. Mom's was a lot smaller but it worked the same way. But this one is actually quieter.

Purchased for a weekend gathering, wasn't looking to pay a lot for using on special occasions. Received high ratings especially at a low price. Once I've used it might give 5 stars.

After a week or two of owning this, I've already used it nearly every day. Seems to get jammed up on the ‘fine' setting., but the others two settings work great

I use mine everyday for ice drinks. The first one broke after 5 months of use but Dash was very kind to honor the warranty and send me a new one. I love my ice crusher, slushy maker

After being happy with the Deluxe Shaved Ice & Slushy maker's ability to achieve the perfect slushy, however, the cleaning process in the owner's manual did not meet my standard of cleaning a product that involves food. I found I could not remove all the food involved using your suggested cleaning instructions.There was food that I could not possibly remove from smaller parts by your suggest method of cleaning. If I cannot properly clean a product that renders the product useless for farther use.
