There is a learning curve using this product. Purchased this to make my own keto ice-cream and it works well.

This little gadget really works! I had my doubts , but I love ice cream, and this really does give you a bowl of soft serve style ice cream in 20 minutes. I followed the directions . Freeze the bowl for 24 hours. I followed the non cooked vanilla recipe...just cold milk, cream, sugar and vanilla. Assembled the unit, and turned it on. I slowly added the cold mixture . If you use the cooked recipe just be sure to cool it down before you put it in the cup. I also wrapped a small kitchen towel around the outside of the bowl to keep it cold. In 20 minutes, I removed the cover and had delicious soft serve ice cream. I ate mine out of the freezer cup to keep it frozen! No crazy fillers or ingredients ..just old fashioned ice cream. If you like your ice cream hard, you can just put the cup in your freezer until it gets firm. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to use, For the cost of 6 small Hagen Daz pints, I now have ice cream whenever I want. I just keep the cup in the freezer ..ready to use!

Our grandkids who are four and two, had a lot of fun mixing the ingredients and then attaching it to the actual ice cream maker. It was very easy and they were excited to participate. Now we just have to wait to take it out of the freezer and eat it.

I am on my health journey and I want to still have a sweet treat this is perfect. It's just the right amount and since u have 2 bowls it is always ready. I don't have to crave something and make it 24 hours later. I find the consistency to be just perfect. I would recommend it to anyone who likes a sweet treat to use it.

This little thing actually works well. There's just 2 of us at home so I made my husband vanilla and myself key lime, one mug after the other. The little motor handled it well without overheating or any grinding noises. Both flavors tasted good and the makers are easy to use. I think I will give out a couple of these for gifts.

It seems like all the recipes make too much to go into it. But other than that, I really like it. I just need to learn to adjust the recipes so I'm not overfilling the mug which i did the first couple of times. Maybe add a fill line to it so first timers know how high you should be filling it.

I have become very aware of everything I eat and drink lately, many favorite had to be eliminated, like ice cream because of all the extra ingredients. Since my Mug Ice Cream Maker arrived I have enjoyed ice cream every night. It is easy to use and the serving is perfect for me. I will purchase extra ingredients so I can try other flavors soon. This ice cream mug has become my favorite appliance in my kitchen. Thank you, Linda

This is an amazing fun yummy treat for our house. The worst part is, is having to plan for it. The time for the mugs to freeze and the time it takes to make one cup and then wait to make another. We are a household of 4 so 1 double set sucks. We wish we had another set and a paddle and motor head for each cup. We have been making them about once a week it's very yummy!

I really wanted to love this item, but it just didn't work well. I bought it after being "influenced" on social media--so many people were raving about it! I followed the directions exactly, and my ice cream just never came out the way it was supposed to. Even after an hour or two of mixing, the ice cream was still soupy. Yes, I put the bowl in the freezer for 24 hours beforehand, just as the instructions said. It's disappointing because most ice cream makers are pricey, so I was really hoping this one would work.

I loved it !! And I went to use it a second time and the button jammed and the paddle won't even move. The button is fully stuck pressed down. I tried to unscrew it and look inside. It's beyond me. Can I please get some help with the warranty. I would love a refund or a replacement please. It was a gift for my daughter.
