I had a couple of different ones over the years, and this is my favorite. It's very sturdy, the “help” back is not too heavy, and the cell phone holder is especially awesome. If this breaks after a year I'll get it again!

Overall it works well, you will feel it in your upper abs after the first use. It's mostly plastic, so not sure how long it will last, but for the price point it's a decent value. It does come with a small knee pad which helps for hard floors.

Easy to use and put together but doesn't seem to really get into the abs as well as some I've tried. Reasonable price for what you get.
