I'm really impressed with this Sunmthink 10000 BTU 4-in-1 Smart Portable Air Conditioner. It cools my room quickly and maintains a comfortable temperature even on very hot days. Needed a unit for bedroom. To take out humidity %26 cool if needed. What a great unit. Shocked how much moisture it takes out to of the air in to a bucket we have next to it.

I'm not sure it's a 10,000 BTU but it certainly blows cool air. It's designed well. This is my 4th portable and this one's vent hose works the best of all of them. It doesn't come apart while putting it in a window. It's much lighter than my other 10,000 and doesn't draw as many amps. That's why I'm not so sure about the BTU. Again, it's does blow a lot of cold air!

This little gem is amazing! I bought it as my current window unit is not able to keep up with the heat this summer. Let me tell you it more than works! I turned it on for the first time and within minutes my place was 10 degrees cooler. It works like a dream. So far we have had no issues with it.

This was very easy to set up other than the exhaust vent. I had to install it sideways because I do not have vertical windows and had to cut the plastic so there would be no obstruction. Other than that it cools very well but even on the low fan setting it's kinda loud. The timer function is very handy but I do wish there was a thermostat built in so it will turn off on its own when it reaches the desired temperature.

its a good product, it definitely doesnt cool as well as I thought it would and the connector hose let's heat out. we had to put a dryer vent hose on it, wrap that in a heavy tape, then towels to keep the heat from radiating from the hose. I do like the portability but now we have a stationary hose which defeats the purpose. we live in florida, so the ac needs to work better than the heat. when its cold this winter the heat from the back wont be any issues staying warm. I wouldn't buy another one. might as well do a window unit

This was really big! Also, there is a huge hose that has to drain out a window or somewhere. I had bought it for a smaller room and ended up sending back so I can't speak to how well it cooks. I didn't want something that had to have an open window so it wasn't a match for me.

comes with drain tube but 2 ways 2 drain it and both are next to impossible without it leaking onto the floor shows just a picture and shows a water cup to drain into but didn't come with one. it's also EXTREMELY LOUD and goes berserk n does its own thing that's y I'm returning it today. no wonder it was on clearance cuz it's a junk product with no reviews, poor instructions, missing part,,too loud even on low, and leaks constantly with no sensible way to stop it. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed n hope I find a better one without breaking the bank

I ordered this unit in preparation for this week's oppressive heatwave. I ran it from Sun until last night (Wednesday). Only over the past day did I run it continuously. I woke up this morning to find the unit off. I tried all of the normal resets, etc and it simply will not power on. No, it's not the water collection system being full- I had it continuously draining. I'm extremely frustrated. It was my only source of cooling and the next few days are supposed to be miserably hot.
