Excellent torch kit

The settling tank has a INS number on it. The oxygen tank does not nor does it have a DOT number which means they cannot fill or exchange it by law. It is a big waste of money.

The two cylinders (made in China)are illegal for the USA no one will fill or exchange them for full ones.This makes it useless!!
