Yummy and nutritious
These are very good. I love that there's so much protein in them! They are not low calorie so I wouldn't get them if you're on a diet other than that if you eat one for breakfast, it's reasonable amount of calories. Lots of good stuff and it's made in Canada and I would buy it just because of that because This tariff business is ridiculous.

The bars were moist %26 tasty. A very good source of fiber. Does have a few sunflower seeds in them.
