Dave's Killer, Bread Sandwich Rolls Done Right, Organic White Bread Sandwich Rolls, 6 Count

This Dave's organic bread is pricey, but I like this fact that it's made without all the dough conditioners and chemicals that I can't pronounce! All bread should be made with only flour, water, yeast, butter and oil, things a person can pronounce, and not made with chemicals!

Decided to try these because the 21 grain variety were so good. These really are done right! I used them to make easy autumn cozy vegetarian chili dogs, with Field Roast Apple Sage Sausage, and Magic Man White Bean Chili. A cup of ginger ale to drink with it, mmmmm perfect for me. I didn't need the salt or honey for this meal as I had anticipated. The flavor of these rolls is wonderful, you could taste the different ingredients. They are so clean and well cut. Didn't get mushy but they weren't dry either. Held up best for chili dogs compared to an other type. Very filling. Excellent quality. Nothing better for chili dogs. They're good enough to eat by itself. Much much better than anything else on shelves. They have a light natural sweetness to them. There's something delightful they found and share with us by the unique quality of their breads. I highly recommend and trust this brand. I was always taught to use hot dog buns or sub rolls for garlic bread, these would be great for that too. I'd even prefer them to hold a meatball sub, or as a simple but high quality dinner roll.

I buttered both sides, put hearty slices of block mozzarella, and toasted it for 4-5 minutes. Then microwaved the pepperoni and sauce for 15 -18 seconds, put it together and ate it!!! If I'd known how good and strong the bread is I'd have taken a picture.

Dave's Killer Bread is the best bread. My only complaint is the price point because I'm broke. However the quality and nutrition versus the store brands makes it worth not buying something else.

These sandwich rolls are just as good as Dave's bread. They make perfect garlic toast too!

Interestingly this product recently changed in size over night!!! I had bought it to make a sub only to purchase and discover it had become a hotdog bun!!!! Much smaller but same price.

These are HOT DOG BUNS! So small! Not sandwich rolls at all. Almost laughable! It like they weren't selling their hot dog buns so they decided to re-name them a sandwich rolls! I've bought their hot dog buns and these are them! So if you're looking for a hoagie bun this is not what you want.
