David Textiles Paris Pink 44" Cotton Fabric

This fabric was cut and shipped well. The cut wasn't crooked and they placed it neatly in a plastic bag. I was reluctant to order this fabric, glad I did.

I love this print! Lovely cotton fabric...wish I could buy a whole bolt! I make designer dog clothes and have used this on a fancy little harness set.

I purchased the "Pink Eiffel Tower" print fabric in store. 2yards to be exact. Although I actually wanted to purchase another yard at least 3 yards( just in case, I made any mistakes etc). The sales woman was pretty adamant that I wouldn't even need that much fabric, that 2 yards was plenty for the pattern I had chose at the store from Simplicity Patterns. For a dress I am planning on sewing for my 10 year old daughter. I was right all along and should've went with my gut instinct. Especially the fact that this was the first time I've ever taken on such a huge sewing project, pattern and all. You tend to make mistakes when it's your first time making such a huge project such as this dress, that I was planning on sewing. Well, now that I'm almost done with just the cutting part of this dress design, I'm back to buy the other yard or yards that I need. I really love this particular fabric pattern because I've been to France and the Eiffel Tower before and it holds a special significance for me. Regardless of whether you've been to France or the Eiffel Tower, I can assure you ...that you'll love how easy this fabric is to work with! You definitely can't beat $4.97/per yard, regardless of what project you choose to use this fabric for, you'll absolutely love it. Just be sure you have all your notions And interfacing etc,. Oh and especially a very good pair of cutting shears too. Definitely recommend this fabric to anyone who wants something different and not the same old ho hum fabric designs. The photos are just to show how much of an undertaking this particular project is, and of course that is the particular Simplicity sewing pattern that, I'm making for my daughter. The one on the cover that the model is wearing with the cutout heart and pleats. I can't wait to see it finished!! My daughter is just as excited as I am lol, and wants to learn to sew now. I'm so happy with this Simplicity sewing pattern and of course the Pink Eiffel Tower Fabric. Happy Sewing and Good Luck!!

I made this awesome car seat canopy cover with this fabric, and it turned out beautiful!!!! Will buy more fabric to make matching blanket.

I'm giving three stars because while this is a nice quality cotton fabric, you don't get what is pictured! Every other fabric I've purchased has looked like its picture, but this fabric is actually black background with white polka dots, beware! Because the written description ends with: “, Black.” that's apparently what you're supposed realize. So beware: you will not get white with black polka dots!

It looked a softer pink on my screen, baby pink or light mauve, more elegant. It is a rather stark bright pink, nice, but entirely not the look I was looking for.

Design is pretty. However the background color is white and looked more gray in the photos (could just be me though). Also it took an unacceptable amount of time to ship - almost 2 weeks! Ridiculous. That's why it's only a 3 star review.
