David Textiles Rooster Medallion Linen 1 yd Cotton Precut Fabric

My 6 year old daughter has been on a kick for "stitching" for a little over a year now. She absolutely loves to sew. Im a single dad and dont have any real knowledge on sewing beyond patching up holes in my work pants or sewing on an occasional button.... but i will say that I have an eye for quality and, in my opinion, this fabric is great. The colors, style, and overall look of this chicken themed fabric is fantastic....as soon as I opened the box she smiled from ear to ear and immediately excited to use this fabric.... and honestly, so am I.

This is a nice fabric. The color is bright and cheerful. Be sure to wash it in cold water first because the burgundy red will bleed onto the fabric.

I ove David's 100% cotton fabrics i have used so many different prints in crafts it's difficult to remember each and every one. I highly recommend y'all use David's fabrics in all your clothes and crafts.

Love making kitchen items out of this print, Wish I could purchase this print from my local Wal Mart like I use to.

Fabric is fine but absolutely hate the precuts. I opened several yesterday to do cutting and after ironing, all were badly cut. Just barely made a yard when I evened it up. If I washed it before cutting, I would not have had a yard. I've ordered online from other retailers and received about 3-4 inches more than a yard. Allows for sloppy cutting and shrinkage. Unfortunately, I won't be buying much fabric from Walmart, it's double the cost because of precutting. Pattern wants 1 1/3 yard, I have to buy 2 yards. Not appreciated.
