There is no taste which is good becausd I can put it in any drink but I prefer to take it after lifting with my protein. I will update after a few more weeks.

No need for chalky stuff, just mixed this powder with flavored water a couple times and mostly mixed a scoop in with my protein shake. Unflavored and mixes well. No taste! I say give it a try and swap your old creatine for this one and see if it compares especially in serving size!

I asked my doctor to see if it was okay for me to use and she said yes. I don't have anything other creatine brands to compare it too so I can't judge it based on that. It doesn't dissolve completely into water. So I would have to shake it up between each swallow. It doesn't have a taste, which is great. I tried using it before or after my workouts. I think I prefer before. It worked similar to BCAA to keep me from being extremely sore after my workouts.
