DaVinci Fairway 6-Drawer Double Dresser

We started putting the dresser together when we found 2 of the knobs were missing %26 2 of the knobs were broken. We reached out to DaVinci to ask that they send replacement of damaged %26 missing knobs. We expressed to them that we had already put a good portion of dresser together %26 Baby was coming soon so had no plans of returning the item. They responded with a complete lie—said they did not have the parts %26 were discontinuing the make of this product although it was still being advertised for sale on their website. They state on their website that they stand by their products and there is a 1-year warranty on their products…but if an issue should arise, be prepared for them finding a way to deny your request. Their advice was for us to reach out to the retail store for a refund/return despite the issue originating with them and the fact that we had a big part of dresser assembled and Baby coming soon. Will never purchase or support a dishonest company that lies and does not work to address customer concerns about their product.
