My husband has had trouble sleeping all his life. Tried just about everything over the past 20-plus years. Then he tried the liposomal melatonin spray. It worked the first time and continues to work night after night. Plus it's natural and inexpensive.

Been using the liposomal melatonin spray myself and making available to clients for more than 5 years. Only sleep aid I've tried that my body didn't adapt to and have to change from. 4 squirts at bedtime and I'm out 'like a light'. Plus it tastes good and one little bottle lasts for months! Highly recommend.

I never heard of VetriScience Liposomal Melatonin Spray until I got to try it from Viewpoints. I really like that it a natural way to relax and get to sleep. I never tried a spray before. It was easy to use and has a very pleasant taste. I have a hard time sleeping at night and after using it for a few days it has helped me sleep through the night. Overall, innovative natural product.

Two sprays and I am ready to fall asleep within about 15 minutes. The great thing is that I can sleep through the night again! I have a hard time staying asleep. I always say that I take naps instead of go to bed at night. I will usually wake around 3 hours after falling asleep, stay awake for an hour or two, and then sleep for another 2-3 hours before having to wake in the morning. I did wake to use the bathroom, my normal routine, but fell right back to sleep. I wake with no grogginess; I feel well rested. I do not like the taste, so I just drink a little water afterwards to get the taste out of my mouth. It isn't unbearable if I don't have water.

It is a good quality but needs to be used at least an hour before bed, and the spray is constantly dripping and hard to dispense. Yet, it is still better than some other brands of liposomal melatonin I purchased earlier.

I have never tried this product before and I'm always up to try something all natural to help me sleep. I kind of have mixed reviews. I felt the first few nights I used the product it really helped but after a few more times of using it....I didn't get the same results. I would also like to point out they call this product a "spray" but it's a pump. I have a really difficult time falling asleep. Someone may get better results then I did.

I like the idea of this spray, but it's hard to know exactly how much you are getting, since the sprayer isn't always accurate. I didn't care for the taste. Although it did seem to help me sleep, I wouldn't purchase this particular method of dosage.
