Dawn Platinum Plus, Liquid Dish Soap, 51.5 oz. Bottle

This is the only dish soap that I use. The value for the quality is excellent. It cleans dishes well without any issues. I also use it in my laundry when needed and that works wonderful to remove stains. The new squeeze bottle stands well on its own and I always refill.

What do FLEAS, Papaya scent, GRIME and MULTIPURPOSE have in common? The computer generated line at the bottom of this form suggested that I use them in the review. I USE THIS PRODUCT TO HAND WASH MY DISHES. I HAVE USED DAWN SINCE IT FIRST CAME OUT BECAUSE IT IS A GOOD PRODUCT. Yes, I was shouting. I do need suggestions from a computer. Thank you, Proctor and Gamble.

If you're suds-happy like me, this is the only soap you need for your house. Most dish soaps loose their lather halfway through the job, but Dawn keeps the bubbles going until the work is done. I don't just use this at the kitchen sink, either. It's my "secret weapon" for laundry-I rub a little on greasy stains before washing and they come right out. I even use it to wash my car because it cuts through road grime like nothing else. Plus, I love that it's gentle enough for wildlife. It's a powerful, all-purpose detergent that gives you the best suds for your buck.

Made the mistake of ordering this and the top broke due to poor packaging/rough shipment. Leaked all over food in the same box. Love Dawn but won't order it again, will buy in store.

I got the smaller size to try out and I decided to get a big jug of it because I liked it. It is very concentrated and has a fresh scent. Works well for washing the dishes.

I travel in my RV and not only is it great as a dish/cleaner. Dawn works great as a surfactant I use in my black water tank. It works better than the RV products, there are no harsh chemicals and it totally less money.

I used to buy the cheaper brands like Ajaz in all of its many scents and or the Walmart house brand. At some point in time, I tried Dawn. Now I will never go back to the others. Never. One bottle of Dawn seems to last three-to-four times longer than one bottle of Ajax or the Great Value brand. Yes -- it is SO much more expensive initially but over the long run -- it's actually so much cheaper. And it does what it says it will do -- it really cleans. So perhaps you will spend more up front on a one time purchase but you will spend less over the same period of time. One bottle of Ajax 90 oz in my kitchen and in my family -- maybe one month or less. One bottle of Dawn same as above -- minimum three months, often longer. Less of it just cleans so much better.

How can you NOT just LOVE it. I use it on sooooooooo much stuff. Dishes, of course, but also, my stove, the iron burner covers, my car, my tires, the lawn mover, my windows, the mats, carpets,stains on my clothes, my hair, in the shower, the tub, etc...etc... Just NOT in the dishwasher or the laundry washer, THAT IS NOT a good idea.... LoL

I love Dawn Dish liquid however I am not impressed with this new Dawn Suds. It is not as thick as the regular Dawn Platinum; looks watery in the bottle. I actually see less suds than the regular Dawn Platinum. I was in a large refill bottle so I thought for the size and price I was getting a bargain. Going back to the old Dawn Platinum.

Product is excellent but I do not like the new bottle. no squeeze top. this flip and pour feature seems very wasteful unless you are pouring it into another bottle which you had from a previous purchase. Bought based on picture of it on screen and got something totally different. Spout pours out like a pitcher. Very wasteful and the manufacturer or retailer needs to change it on website.
