DAX Antique Colored Document Frame
I was very pleasantly surprised when my new doc frames arrived. They look even better than the pictures did on line when I ordered. I already used one of them and it looks great.

Pretty but problematic
First, it took me 15 minutes to get the back off the frames to put the certificate in. I did not want to break the glass, so I had to be careful. The back on each frame seemed hopelessly stuck. Second, the 8 1/2" by 11" certificate I wanted to frame did not fit in the frame. I had to trim it to fit in the the frame. The frames are visually lovely, but be prepared to go through a lot of effort to use them.

Broken broken x2
I received this broken. Customer service was great, they sent me a replacement. The replacement was even more broken. The packaging is not good enough to protect this fragile item. Do not order this.
