A lot of vitamins and minerals.
Even with a lot of vitamins and minerals packed into one pill, the high daily percentages are amazing. You definitely get your daily dose, and then some.

Great vitamins
Great vitamins for us men. I've been taking then for awhile now. Very complete vitamin and has everything your body needs in a small compact pill. All the males in my family are now taking them.

Great vitamins, pair with krill oil
Good price, bought two bottles, take one a day and got half a years worth. Thinking of buying more. Pair with 2,000m. Krill oil and you will be doing good!

5 months expired!
I thought it was a good buy, when I received the vitamins they were 5 months expired! Of course it was not worth the hassle to return. After the funky smell when I removed the security seal dissipated I have been taking them for a week with no apparent ill effects.
