DAYBETTER Electric Salt & Pepper Grinder Set, Rechargeable Mill with Adjustable Coarseness, for Kitchen and Camping

I've been needing a set of these for a long time, and I'm really happy I got them. I prefer fresh ground pepper, but I hate using a manual pepper mill. For one thing, they have a low capacity and are hard to fill, and while twisting the grinder isn't hard, it isn't exactly easy, either. Plus, after switching to a coarser grained sea salt, I've been needing a salt grinder, justbecause the brand I use comes in a bag, and it seems my fingers are always wet when I use salt in cooking. Besides, the coarser the grain, the stronger it is, and sometimes you need a lighter touch with salt than you can get without a grinder. These beauties are the opposite of difficult to use and they have a nice-sized cup that you can fit a lot of salt and pepercorns in. I love that they're rechargable with a C-USB cable; the previous electric pepper grinder I used requires six AAA batteries, and with so many things needing batteries, there're only so many to go around! The design is sleek and modern. There's a power button one one side; once you push that button, the power will stay on until you push it again to shut it off. After that, all you have to do is turn the unit upside down over the food and it will automatically start grinding. That way, you don't have to explain how to use it to every guest if you use them at the table, and these are definitely stylish enough to use as table service. The clear cup that holds the spices is located at the bottom and makes it easy to see how much spice is in the cup. When you turn them over to use them, a soft blue LED light shines around the tapered, angled opening giving it a touch of drama that every hostess appreciates.

these are ok. you have to keep the button turned on to keep using them otherwise you have to continuously push the button every time you use it. the part that holds the salt and pepper is plastic, not glass. the grind is adequate but not as versatile as i would like.
