Reliability, size and price, outstanding
Space saver and does the job. It is a bit heavier than it looks. Once extended over 10ft it is a bit wobbly. But overall does the job and is sturdy.
A little heavy but very useful
This ladder seems sturdy, I haven't used it yet.
Excellent ladder and easy storage. Bonus that it was delivered to my home.
Liked that it easy to store and is reasonably priced but it should be used with caution. If hands are in the way while retracting the rungs one could potentially suffer severe injury to your hands as it comes down fast and furiously, one rung at a time but very fast.
The best thing about this ladder is its ease of handling and storing. Normally, handling a ladder this tall is a 2-man job; this ladder can easily be transported and set up by a single person. And storing it is as easy as storing a 5 foot step ladder.
compact and easy to move to the worksite. fits in the car trunk instead of needing a truck and ladder rack.
I needed this for easy attic access. Likes: It stacks well and can be stored in a closet. The steps extend and snap in place like they should. Dislikes: Heavy! It would be difficult for my wife to wrestle this into place and extend it while holding it upright. Unstacking the steps. Unless you are extending it to its full height, that first step can be a long one for short people. Also, once fully extended, it's a bit bowed and can be concerning while climbing. If you are trying to haul up a big five-gallon pail of paint, go to the top and use a rope. This thing acted like it would snap while I tried to hold one hand on the ladder and the other hauling the bucket. I'll keep this, as I can think of many different areas it will be useful, but for what I bought it for, I'll save up and get a pull-down attic ladder.
my ladder isn't safe buttons don't work right. Very dangerous have been waiting over a month to hear from the seller.
