When I bought the ring, I was astonished at the way that it looked. It exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully crafted. When I opened it, I realized the ring was three sizes too small than what I ordered. I reported it to dazzling rock and they insisted that I was wrong and they did not have the ring size incorrect. My wedding was rapidly approaching, and I was in a hurry to get the correct size so that my husband could have a ring on our wedding day. instead of correcting their mistake, They sent me on a wild goose chase telling me I needed to go to a jeweler and have his ring finger sized and also size their ring and take pictures because their receipt said that it was a size 10 that they sent me. After all of this, it took three days for me to finally get to a jeweler, and when the ring was put on the mandrel, it showed that it was three sizes too small. once I proved to dazzling rock that they did in fact ship me the wrong size ring (that was claimed to be specially crafted) it took them several days to get back to me. I did not receive an apology instead, they told me to ship the ring back to them and they would fix it. I asked that they provide me with a shipping label because I did not feel that I should be responsible for paying for shipping when I already paid for this ring and they sent me the wrong size. It took them another three days to email me the shipping label. At this point, I'm five days out from my wedding and completely anxious about whether or not I'm going to have a ring to give to my husband on our wedding day. They finally sent me a shipping label and I mail the ring back to them. At this point I finally had reached my limit. I begged them to craft a new ring in the correct size and send it to me overnight so that I could have a ring for my husband on our wedding day and they refused to do so until they received the old ring even though they had proof of shipment and a tracking number, so my wedding day came and passed. I had no ring to give to my husband in front of all of our family and friends. so the day after my wedding, I emailed the company and expressed my concerns with them how they were completely incompetent. I had paid for the ring in full and they mailed me the wrong size, how I did not receive an apology, or any sort of compensation. When they finally responded to me, they said that they would refund me $50, have quality control double check the ring before they shipped it out, and do express priority shipping on the new ring. I had to wait another 2 1/2 weeks for them to finally ship the new ring out to me, and they sent it regular postal mail (five business days). The quality of the rings are beautiful. They're amazing. I cannot take that away from them, but their customer service needs work. I had every intention on giving them an amazing review, but I would not feel comfortable with myself without giving all the details of my experience.
