Bought this to spray caustics around the exterior of my home. It held up to being manhandled by me and performed fine. I was impressed by how the sprayer sprays, even with just a few pumps. It doesn't spray extremely hard but that isn't what I bought it for. Overall it was a good purchase and I would buy it again.
This is the first time i have used one of these, to put it together is simple. i brought it to water my house plant. Also i will use it to help keep the yard to the house clean. It has a long spout with the adjustable tip, it can spray like light sprinkles for plants, stream out with pressure for cleaning surfaces.
I was very pleased with my sprayer. I was really surprised so many of them don't work hard to put together. This one was 90% already assembled pretty much and I'm 76 years old. Don't know a thing about putting anything together but it works really fine. I understood the instructions. I'm very happy.
These pumps are all garbage. I have to buy a new one every year. Last year I bought a "Heavy Duty" model from the depot, drained it in the fall and kept it in the garage over the winter so it wouldn't freeze. Filled it with weedkiller in the spring and it worked for about 15 minutes. So this year I decided to try the cheapest one I could find and this was it. No bells, no whistles, no pressure relief valve. So far so good. And just so you know, the depot has a cheaper one but since their "heavy duty" one failed so soon I won't buy another one from them. Hopefully this one lasts more than a year. I'm sick of buying these things. They should ask me next spring how I feel about this sprayer.
As basic a sprayer as you can get. Handle works but I'd awkward. Wand works but is short for anyone over 5 foot. Box says it has adjustable spray nozzle but instructions describe colored fixed nozzles which don't match the sprayer. They want you to store it by hanging it upside down but couldn't be bothered to incorporate a hook in to the bottom of the canister. Instructions describe a hose barb and installation that had nothing to do with this sprayer. It's working and it's a handy size but beyond that I don't know. Be interesting to see how long it lasts.
Easy to put together. Does not get pressured enough to spray hard enough for job I needed it to do even after pumping it up until it was too hard to push. Lost what little spray power it had very quickly. Directions with sprayer lacking in specific information.
1) Directions are terrible. "Push tabs on both sides of pump cylinder and pry up pump cap." What tabs? Picture shows screwdriver being used to pry handle up on both sides. How do you push recessed pry openings on two sides at the same time when each pops back out as soon as released? By trial and error, twisting-turning-pushing-pulling it finally popped up. 2) Pump does not work. Pumped it up and down literally 100 times and never met any resistance and no spray. Trouble Shooting page does not address this problem at all.
I used this item one time and in the middle of using it it stopped working. when pumping it it sounds like air coming out but no spray
unfortunately I never received my order,it was sent to the incorrect address, this is the second time my orders have been sent to incorrect address
The sprayer we received does not have a pressure release valve as shown in the photo. Unable to get any flow after pumping well over 50 times. Took the unit apart, checked everything and reassembled. Still doesn't work. Complete waste of time and money.
