Bad design
Once the wheels were removed to slide the carrier under the airplane seat, I realized the maker had the Velcro strips reversed snd the sticky side was on the bottom of the bag. This caused the bag to stick to the carpet of the plane therefore not being able to slide it under the seat. I had to remove my jacket and place under the bag to get it under the plane seat. Defective design.
