A life changing device for me. I am disabled and needed a better way to get things around using something I could handle. This was it! I've used it as a laundry hamper, to take things to other rooms, pick up packages, take things to the garage etc.

This item took under 5 minutes to assemble. Nice water proof fabric (good quality) sturdy seams and rich black color. Very roomy for a good shopping trip and lots of compartments .Easy to manipulate and a smooth ride.

Have not used yet. Wish sold repair parts. My older one a wheel came off.

It is fairly lightweight but still feels sturdy. I think it is great for an elderly person.

Easy assembly, holds more than I thought for it's size.

Nice looking & the bag is useful. However the trolley does not work going up and down my basement stairs which is why I purchased it to carry boxes and laundry. The steps are too far apart and the staircase is open causing the wheels to fall down between tripping me up and losing the load. However the trolley does work well on my front porch steps and is convenient To carry groceries locally. I just wish it worked better for the reason I purchased it. Because of that I was tempted to return it.

I wanted to get a trolley that could be used as a dolly as well. The bag is nice and fits a fair amount of groceries in it. I like the fact you can take the bag off and then use the platform to put cases of water or boxes on it. The wheels detach fairly easy, it came pre-assembled. The first time I went to use it the wheel came off I think it was because I may have hit the wheel locking mechanism by accident. It was easy to put back on and lock into place. IT went over curbs, small lips very well and up several stairs smoothly. It folds in half for storage.

bags looks great and has lots of function but not really appropriate for carrying groceries and laundry up and down steps. The wheels and everything but part of the handle is all plastic so I doubt will last very long and not worth the $50 purchase price. what is the most upsetting is I am only 5'5" and the handle is too short to be functional! I am already having to look in person, go in-store during covid times which I have been avoiding, to find a replacement that will work up and down steps, having a longer handle and functional basket!
