worked exactly like the original power plug and i was glad I didn't need to replace the control box. i am thankful that Walmart sold this type of power cord for what i needed it for

Lose power cord
The power supply was delivered in an envelope and had been smashed. The prongs on the adaptor were bent and could not be used!
