DC Comics Multiverse Suicide Squad Deadshot Figure

The articulation of the joints are very nice and allows a lot of different and realistic movement and poses. It also allows some weird splits and unnatural (backwards)bending of the knees. The knee pads are especially cool being a separate piece and how they bend with the knee joint. I like the included Killer Croc figure part- I believe it to be a good idea that will promote the collecting of the whole set. I found the Deadshots pistol accessory to be disappointing and made out of flimsy plastic. It isn't painted well and won't hold the proper angle for the pistol to shoot straight. I really wish he had more accessories to equip him with. Overall the look, scale and feel of the Deadshot action figure is a very good piece and any collector would be happy to have it. The photos of this figure do not give it justice. The product is fully detailed and lives up to the hype of its movie counterpart. Multiple joints allow for it to be positioned in multiple ways. Wow the detail on this suicide squad DeadShot action figure is amazing. It is amazing how the character looks like it does in the movie. The removable head is a really awesome feature as well so that you can switch him out to look like when he shoots. The little gun is a cool feature as well. Something else that adds to this product is it comes with an arm for killer croc. If you collect all the characters you can make him. That adds some excitement to the buying of all the characters. The quality of this figure and the meticulous attention to detail make Deadshot a must-have for Batman and Suicide Squad fans. Deadshot only includes one gun, a small pistol that fits into his hip holster, but he looks like he's armed to the teeth. Movie-accurate details include body armor, arm-mounted guns, ammo clips, non-removable pistols and an inscription on his collar: "I am the light, the way." This Deadshot is muscular but lean, matching the physicality of his on-screen counterpart. His unmasked face is a good likeness, too, and it's a lot of fun to swap heads for a "masked" look. Deadshot is made of a somewhat flexible plastic. He's highly articulated and has no problem holding a pose and standing up on his own. While the names and themes here are not appropriate for small children, this toy "for the adult collector" is definitely durable enough to withstand some playtime. This 6" figure of Deadshot from the 2016 film Suicide Squad is a great collectors item. It holds a great likeness to Will Smith who played Deadshot in the film and the figures costume and accessories have great attention to detail. The figure comes with Deadshot's mask and his weapon which can be removed. The figure also comes with the arm to the Croc figure. This toy seems very durable. My 5 year old liked how all the parts of the body moved. In addition to my 5 year old, we have a 1 year old so we had to pay very close attention where the little parts of the toy were. We actually kept them in the package, just in case. This toy surprised me out of the box. Speaking of the box I do want to start by mentioning that the packaging is very easy to open unlike some packages that nearly require a jackhammer to open (yes that's exaggerating). There is a lot of detail in the face and body. I like that there are so many parts that articulate. The head and leg/arm joints move freely and can be posed multiple ways. The fact that the body armor, belt, and knee pads are free moving pieces as opposed to part of the mold adds to the quality. I also like the detail in the coloring on the figure. However I was not really a fan of the interchangeable heads. One being the character head, the other being a mask. When you first try to change the head pieces it feels as if you might be breaking it. I would have preferred a mask that can attach to the figures head The only other gripe would be that the level of detail on most of the figure is very high, however they seemed to have left the holster rig and guns on the back as an after thought as there is very little detail. To end on a positive note, the figure does come with a handgun that can be held nicely in either hand or holstered pretty securely. Side note: the figure comes with an extra arm piece that is meant to be part of another figure that you can build if you collect all the pieces. This is a nice idea but unless you buy all the figures in the collection, it becomes kind of a waste. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
