DC Super Hero Girls Wonder Woman Intergalactic Gala Doll

We were given Wonder Woman for free to review. She has become the favorite out of all the girl dolls. She hasn't even had a clothing change because she is so loved. Her clothes are very detailed. We love her boots and they don't fall off easily. The only complaint from my daughter is that she can't do the complete splits. She can, in her imagination, do all the other gymnastics flips. Wonder Woman's hair has stayed nice and overall she's very durable considering she has been involved in some serious adventures in my house. My daughter has asked for the other Super Hero girls. This is far from your average "doll." Great packaging that wasn't hard to get her out of. A lot bigger than I expected & very beautifully detailed. My 7 year old daughter has greatly enjoyed this. She knew EXACTLY who she was(Wonder Woman) as soon as she saw the box. After having it for a few weeks now, she still goes for it on a regular basis..it's not stuck in some forgotten corner like so many before her. My biggest praise: my two year old son hasn't been able to damage this doll in ANY way. This is Huge, because he's incredibly good at tearing his sister's things up. The quality is above & beyond most toys on the market right now. Literally, no complaints on this one. None at all. I would absolutely buy this doll as a gift. We received this about a week ago and my three girls (9, 7, and 7) haven't stopped playing with it. They argue about whose turn it is to sleep with it. They like how articulated it is, so they can pose it, and especially how they can make it stand up on its own. The armor pieces (headband, chest guard, belt, bracers) can be removed and they liked doing this to change her from "evening out" to "superhero" mode and back. I liked how well made it seemed to be. I wasn't worried about it breaking or coming apart while they were playing with it. All the colors were precisely placed (no bleeding over onto another part). I liked the shape on the face sculpting and the colored streaks in her hair. My girls are now asking for the other dolls in the series and we'll be picking them up soon. Received this about a month ago for my six year daughter. This was her first super hero doll and she was quite excited about it. She liked that it was something other than a Barbie. The costume is nice and comes off. She likes how poseable the doll is. Overall we are very happy with it and she has informed me she would like the other superhero dolls that were listed on the package. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My 7 year old daughter loved the doll. Her and her friend were excited to play with it. However, they both did not like the fabric hanging down in the front and had me cut it off. Otherwise, an enjoyable toy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Out of the box she does stand as powerful as she Wonder Woman should. It looks like she is standing slumped over and unsure of herself. The breastplate seems to not want to stay on. Besides that, the material for the clothes and materials used to make her are very good. I think she will last over years of playtime. I was comparing her to another SuperGirl we have and I do like the clothes on Wonder Woman better. I see her hands are posed a certain way, yet there was no props that came with her. I'm hoping there will be more toys that will come out for this set in the future. Overall, my daughter was super excited to get Wonder Woman and likes how movable she is and how her clothes flow and aren't stuck on her like SuperGirls clothes are.
