Bought this for my son, who has had things stolen out of his backpack at school. He absolutely loves it! With the lock, he feels that his stuff is safe.

So i just got this in finally today and finally figured out hpw the charging port worked, would of been nice for some instructions but overall feels like good quality and i like it so far. Will be back after my trip to see how it fairs.

Straps are entirely too short to be used by an adult. Other than that bag would have been perfect for an upcoming trip I'm taking.

Do not buy for the charger or headphone port! If you want a backpack just for the locking/combination feature then yes, this is fine! However....where they claim it has a charging port and you can plug your headphones in while your phone is in the bag...NOPE! The little rubber "thing" on the side is useless! There is nothing to plug anything in to. My son likes it because he can lock his stuff inside...but asked if I can remove the rubber square, but then it will leave a hole!

Loved this when I first got it, but after only one use it is fraying at the loop to hang it and pocket for iPad is ripped. I used this backpack to fly from Virginia to Colorado and back. I only had my 17” laptop and iPad with some other essentials needed (phone chargers, meds, wallet and sweater). I packed the charger for my laptop in my check in baggage as well as all other heavier items. The side pockets are not very big either, could not fit my portable charger in them, or even a small water bottle. Definitely not pleased.

I ordered it as a quick trip travel backpack. Its POORLY made. The description says hidden zipper pocket with a picture of it on the front. Thats a complete lie! All of the usb reviews are accurate. Its a hole to run your cable through. And lastly, EVERY zipper line so far has been busted. From the main compartment, to the little usb (air quotes) charger compartment.

got this for my grown daughter, two zippers are broken and this is only day 4, I've seen the backpack it was not stuffed at all, just really shoddy materials? craftsmanship? company?
