This toaster makes perfect toast and bagels just like the indicator images. The timer is big and easy to see. The push down lever is smooth and effortless. Nice looking toaster also.

The toaster has two wide slots, making it easy to accommodate a variety of bread types, from regular sliced bread to bagels and artisan loaves. The 7 shade settings also provide the perfect amount of customization for my morning toast. The removable crumb tray has been a game-changer in my kitchen

Just received yesterday. Nice looking. I put some bread to toast %26 it toasts the whole slice!! My old toaster only toasted half of bread! It does have odor that they tell you will disappear after couple uses. It game me a light golden brown toast on setting %233. This was thin slice bread used.
Beware - thin toast will burn at setting 2.5-3. Thicker toast (like Italian style) toasts ok at setting 2 on one side but doing other side by flipping the toast should not exceed setting 1 unless you like it dark. It seems the outer grilling section doesn't toast as quickly as the inner sides, and either type of toast when done is not warm. This really only toasts. Otherwise, it is a nice looking unit and only measure roughly 9.25" wide and would fit a variety of sizes of bread, muffins, bagels. Haven't tried burger buns yet but I expect most standard buns would fit too.
This toaster does not evenly toast bread slices or bagels. The bread has a toasted center but edges are not the same as the center. The slots are slightly tight for bagels. The bagels are unevenly toasted on the outside and not warm on the inside. The toaster is very light weight and I think it will stop working soon with frequent use. I consider it a cheaply made toaster. I am returning it and will pay more for a better quality toaster.
