Worth It
A good place to start. The exercises are boring at times and repetitive, and it feels longer than 30 minutes, but for someone who needs to start exercising and is plus size it gets you sweating and you don't feel self conscious because the women in the video are plus size too. Worth $10 for sure.

Only one workout was a disappointment
Was pretty disappointed Description didn't give much but there is ONLY ONE workout on this dvd So if you are wanting to choose from a variety, you may want to look elsewhere I did like the way she encourages you but the two working out with her could smile just a little bit - I mean at least act like you are enjoying yourselves? She made me smile and laugh several times during the workout Again, just wish there were more on the dvd I also ordered the kickboxing one and will try that one with tonight's workout

Not a keeper
This DVD is VERY similar to Leslie Sansone. Except this one is very boring. There is a little glimmer of hope when you use a towel for some knee lifts but then again Leslie does knee lifts. Not keeping this.
