some of them have strings and not elastic around the calf part of the leg and it didn't fit up to my knee and so i had to cut that string to pull over the calf muscle. maybe they ran out of elastic I'm not sure but at $22.00 plus tax and shipping, it should be elastic. but i am thankful for them, they keep the cold from penetrating thru my fleece pants. i have terrible arthritis pains when the cold gets in my bones.

With these leg warmers, it's like wearing knee socks without the bottom of the sock. They keep my legs warm. I wish they were a little more loose and scrunchy, but they work fine at keeping my legs warm.

The site description said "super long" that's why I bought them. They are not super long, there is no slouch at all. They just barely come to my knees. The quality is good. Recomend for short women only.

Love the bright colors, and the length would be great ,but they won't go up much past lower part of the calf, dues to being small around at the ends. Will definitely not pull up over calves. Would be great for a child. Not a one size fit all item, and I dont have huge calves.

Too tight at top and ankle. I have thin ankles, so that was ok, but I had to cut the top to the seam so it was not too tight at the top. Disappointed because looking at the picture on Walmart shopping on my phone it did not appear to be so tight at top and bottom!

Fabric colors are good and weaving is not skimpy. Average length,not long. Elastic too tight for average ladies. Needs to be advertised as children's size.

Unless you are very slim, these are not made of US women. The max diameter (when stretched) is about right for about 2 inches above my ankle. I am "normal size" - so less than 1/3 of adult women in the US are likely to find that these fit. Perhaps the assumption is only very slim women have cold legs?

These are so small, they look like they're for a child. Additionally, the elastic at the ankle and knee are VERY tight, even on my relatively skinny legs. Better to shop for this item in person.
