I really liked how soft and comfy these socks are. Also liked that they have a non slip grip on them. These are a great value and come in a 12 pk! They were not tight around my calf or ankle, so very comfortable to wear. Would recommend this product!
I received these diabetic socks as part of the Spark Reviewer Program. I received 12 pairs of white ankle socks. They have no slip grips on the bottom. This is a wonderful feature as diabetic individuals are supposed to wear socks and or shoes at all times to protect our feet. These socks are very soft. The ankle is stretchy and non binding. These socks are thick enough to keep feet warm yet not cause feet to sweat. Definitely recommend.
I just received these Diabetic Socks Women's Non-slip Grip Cotton 12-Pack Ankle Grey By DEBRA WEITZNER yesterday and wore a pair today to work. They feel great, very comfortable and non binding which is exactly what my Doctor told me to wear. These socks even though they are diabetic socks stay up on my ankles pretty well. I love that they are made of 90 percent cotton and also that they have the grippers along the bottom of them. I can take my shoes off from work now and know that I won't slip while wearing just socks. The seams at the ends of the toes are well sewn and don't leave marks across my toes as other socks have done. I'll have no worries about these socks being too tight and cutting off my circulation. Best diabetic socks I have come across.
I love the socks. When I heard the term diabetic socks, I was a little put off because I wasn’t really sure what to think or what to expect I was expecting some kind of surgical sock, but these are absolutely not that. Honestly these might be the most comfortable socks I’ve ever had. The cuff is super stretchy yet supersoft and moves very freely. The bottom nonskid portion is prominent but yet not too noticeable so it doesn’t make them uncomfortable. I have a house full of wood floors and these come in so handy I can’t even tell you. But bottom line, and I can’t stress this enough, these are truly the most comfortable socks I’ve ever had. That may sound strange to Sam and that’s OK but I am legitimately surprised at how comfortable these things are. You should try them, trust me.
These socks are so comfortable! I like the fact that they have non slip parts on them. It makes me feel very safe when I wear them. I also really like the fact that these being diabetic socks they are not tight around my calves. I have such a hard time with most socks being too tight around my calves and leaving marks. These are so much better. Much looser without falling down. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.
These Debra Weitzner diabetic socks are what I've been looking for for my husband and myself. He has diabetes so the bands on top of the socks not squeezing into his calves is important. I have poor circulation in my feet- sometimes they swell- and my toes\feet are usually cold when I'm barefoot or wearing light socks. We don't wear these as regular socks with shoes\sneakers because of the grips on the bottom, but we wear them around the house and don't have to worry about slipping on the floors. I was surprised how well they stay up without a tight band but they never fall down and are very comfortable. They keep our feet warm but not hot (most socks make my husbands feet sweat, not these) I can actually feel the breathability of them when I'm wearing them. My only desire would be if the toe areas were more insulated for warmth.
These socks are very comfy! They are non-restrictive, which helps promore good blood circulation. So they are perfect for people with diabetes, edema, neuropathy or any circulatory problems. They are made of 90% cotton, 7% polyester and 3% elasthane, which makes them very breathable. I found them to be well-fitting and true to size. They also have a loose fitting top that prevents restrictions in the calf and ankle area. I found them to be so much better than regular tight socks that limit circulation and dig into your ankle area. These are actually the first socks that I have found to be comfortable to wear. I also love that these socks have non slip / anti skid bottoms. It provides a superior grip, even on my slippery kitchen floors. They fit very well, not tight or restricting and feel like they will hold up well. I would definitely recommend!
There's not much difference between regular socks and the Diabetic Socks Mens Womens Non-slip Grip Cotton 12-Pack Ankle Grey By DEBRA WEITZNER other than the knit around the ankle is a tad looser and they have rubber-grippies on the bottom. They feel softer on the outside than the inside, which is sad, because it would be great if it was the other way around. The Diabetic Socks Mens Womens Non-slip Grip Cotton 12-Pack Ankle Grey By DEBRA WEITZNER are a bit thinner than regular socks which means they're not superwarm in our extreme cold weather. The rubber-grippies are fine if you walk around the house in socks, because you don't slip as much, however, when wearing them with shoes on, even sneakers it's not so comfortable. Will be using these when camping, especially in a cabin, since they have the non-slip rubber on the bottom and take less room in the backpack than a pair of house-shoes.
I will not be wearing these, toes seams are very poorly done, making them not fit properly. Seams do not cross the top of the toes, they seem to go right across the end of the toes. I will see if my daughter or grandaughter can wear the but I cannot. Major waste of money.
The socks were in no way non-binding or loose fitting. I only wear a size 9 shoe and these socks were so tight they cut off circulation around the ankles. the elastic tops are tighter than regular socks. My wife even removed the top finished edge and elastic threads to try to loosen the fit. They are still too tight to wear.
