I have been taking this for about 3 weeks now. I can not believe how I can sleep better and I go to the bathroom easier. I was never constipated until menopause and when it started about 15 years ago I would miss at least 2 days of work every month because I wouldnt have any energy to get out of bed, I'd have migraines and a few blackouts, and I would be sick as a dog. This just from my hormones. So I stumbled upon this and I can not believe it! Everything has changed. I havent missed any work, I have energy and I just feel all around much better because I can sleep at night. Oh and my hot flashes are no where near as bad as they were. I call this my miracle supplement!
