Flimsy
There is nothing thar holds the stand in the open position. It folds open and closed, but nothing locks it into place. A simple bump or kick can collapse the legs and the entire thing will topple to the groung. Luckily, I am a resourceful person, and am able to screw it into a fixed position in a way that hides the screws.
