The Crown-like top piece will be the crowning glory when I finish project. Five stars ⭐️ for Fleur de lis. I've wanted this archway for years but was put off by negative reviews and generally if there is a problem it won't miss me. I had an area later that it would go perfectly so am glad I purchased! Archway arrived well packaged for transit. Quick, easy setup. Hardware is preassembled (4 bolts, 2 screws) so no problem of missing pieces. Had one issue with part of crown not installing correctly so I switched to different identical part and it went smoothly. Work in Progress: Unfortunately, I just wanted a “quick look” in desired location after it was safely assembled elsewhere in level area and a mishap ensued (on me) so one less fleur de lis. Still looks amazing and without this archway the area would not be complete when I do get to finish leveling ground and completing area with tan decomposed granite, edging, decoration, side pieces, maintenance of wind damage and weeds on steroids, etc. Habitual hurricane wind requires stability so grabbed pots at hand for short term. Chair backing should keep archway stable in three directions because of placement of top curlicues but need something in front as well (don't want to try stakes in ground). The archway comes in two panels per side. You might try zip locking together until placed permanently. Also found it easier to get on ladder to place crown on top of legs when in spot because legs were not zip tied. I do wish one could upload photos later after much completion. Great distinctive archway!—Happy to have at last.

It's a beautiful piece for my garden!

The arbor is beautiful and easy to assemble. It is very lightweight, and anchoring is a must. overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

It is light and airy, which is what we wanted---The open ends start showing rust immediately after 1st day of being outside----Spray open ends with a rustolium spray paint to prevent this. Ours came with an issue. The hole to put the bolt through was not made big enough. After a bit of useless struggling, we got the Dremel tool and made the hole bigger. After all this, we do love it!!!

One of the nuts broke loose from the tubing during installation. One of the bolts was very easily stripped. One of the nut heads was not the same size as the others. Generally the bolts were of poor quality material.

I'm not sure what I was expecting, however the instructions were terrible. One page for everything. No words, just pictures. It seemed pretty self explanatory but I like knowing it's done right, so there is no danger to anyone. I also don't like how the screws stick out. They could easily catch on peoples clothing. Oh! And the one tool they gave me to use worked maybe a fourth of the time. Cheap product with cheap tools.

This is a poorly made piece. It is pretty. But not built well. It doesn't attach at the mid level brackets, and falls apart easily. Mine fell over with a small gust of wind and one of the top Fleur de lis broke off. Make sure you add a screw or glue, and stake in to the ground or attach to your fence.

Super cute but very cheap and unstable. I had to use zip ties to try and keep the top from falling apart. and several ground stakes and it and it still leans.

terrible made very unstable , not what u would want in ur yard, beautiful look but soo flimsy looks like a drunk person put it up, and i was sober, and a landscaper for for 35 years ,,very bad product

Unfortunately, this arbor is made poorly. It is lovely, but bends easily, the holes and bolts don't line-up, pieces broke, and was a nightmare to assemble. I was completely dissatisfied, but Hayneedle resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
