I've been shopping for an ice maker for a while but the ones that make the “good ice” seemed to be very well made. Or they were way overpriced. When I saw this one, I knew I had to have it! I've used it several times in the two weeks I've had it and it's fantastic. It's quiet and makes enough ice to last me most of the week (I transfer to the freezer after it's finished). Would definitely recommend!

I am a huge iced coffee guy. About 2 years ago my kids got me the 26 lb electric ice maker. Phenomenal choice...but I wanted to go one step bigger. This year they got me the dispensing nugget version and I haven't stopped making drinks since. Thanks to my kids and thanks for Deco Gear!

I been looking for this for past year. It checks off everything on my list I wanted for countertop ice maker. Love the fact it recycles water so I'm not constantly dumping it. I use filter water so won't have metallic taste in ice. And it's no LOUD. This was worth the cost, I would've given it 5 stars if I could have bought in 30 pound ice maker instead of 44 .

Love the ice and it makes it fast. Only downside is that it is a bit noisy when it is working on making new ice.

Same as above. Never worked tried every trouble shooting described and nothing.

The product did not work, tried for hours to get it to make ice and it did nothing.

I didn't want to make this review , but I'm on my 2nd unit and neither has made ice ! I've followed the directions and nothing . Have reached out several times with no help !! Only back and forth emails with no help from customer service . I love the product , just need it to work ! Can't throw nearly $500 down the drain.
