Why can't you get this right?
OMG!!! I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!!! This item was a replacement because it arrived last time without the brush, so you made me send it back and wait for another one. This replacement has now arrived, ALSO WITHOUT THE BRUSH! What is the problem here? Did you misrepresent the item in the photo and the description, both of which show the brush as being included? Or does the person doing the packing of the merchandize not know how to read? Either way, you've now cost me over a week in waiting for someone to get it right. Can you just ship me the brush, PLEASE?!

This had leaked all over, (the jar seal was not intact) there was no brush included and it took a long time to arrive.
