I have used this product for years on my decoupage wooden box projects, and I have found it to be superior in every way. Ease of application, quick drying, exactly the right amount of shine, and depth-producing effect , as well as protection of the wood and the applied image. Also, it enhances and protects the color of the image applied to the wood. It also lasts for years and seems to take on a particular sheen over the years that adds a deeper luster to the project as it ages. I could not ask for better.
This varnish works amazingly well, Paint on smoothly with the paintbrush. I usually only need to apply one coat of varnish. It keeps my painted outside things nice and sturdy and keeps my objects, water tight. The only thing is, It's a little bit expensive other than that i love it.
I've been using this varnish for years on my polymer clay. It is truly a matte finish for when you don't want any shine.
To protect and seal painted art and craft projects, this is the only brand I use, other brands I've used turn yellow when they dry instead of drying clear- which can ruin a project, it's perfect for protecting craft projects like painted rocks for porches or gardens.
exactly what I ordered in a timely manner.
protected my project. Great value for the money.
I had repainted some resin outdoor animals i had and I wanted a clear gloss finish to help protect it in the weather, it worked exactly how i expected and turned out great. nice product. I would highly recommend it for a finish coat.
I'm new to this product, so I'm not sure what the long-term will be. It's on the pricey side but seems to leave a durable layer that helps protect better, stopping scratches from happening easily. I love the shine and faster drying time, too.
I was ripped off on postage. This item was sent in a huge (I mean HUGE) box and this item cost me. @25.95. It definitely isn't worth that. Why can't Walmart stock it at the store like they use to???
never got it...ordered 2 and was reimbursed for only half the order....confusing info: told the item was delivered on a date a week in the future, then given a partial refund. I dunno...never again. If it's too hot to ship- just say so
