Decor Grates 4x12 Artisan Steel HVAC Floor Register Vent Cover, Adjustable Airflow Control, Brushed Nickel, 1 Pack

I bought this item for my son's bathroom as it has a bit of a masculine look. It fit perfectly and the brushed finish matches other hardware in the bathroom. The only thing that would make it better is if it had a little basket like the high-end ones do that catch any debris that falls through the holes in the register.

I bought a 4-pk of 4"x10" floor registers because they were much cheaper to buy in multiples, and I need 5 of this size. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting on the extra (more expensive) one. These are quite red in direct sunlight, almost copper looking, but they're perfect in indirect/artificial light with our brown-stain hardwoods. I like the open/close mechanism a lot; 2 sheets of perforated plastic slide over each other to align or overlap the slits. This seems much more reliable than the metal flaps on other vents, which can catch on carpet or rough opening edges. The tab for the mechanism looks a little flimsy, but I probably only adjust vents, at most, twice a year (with the seasons), so I'll just be careful!

Very happy with this purchase. The frame is metal and the louvers are plastic. I knew this going in and chose this configuration because my old vents were metal and even with maintenance and lubrication they would lock in place eventually. These louvers slide along the long axis of the vent and are VERY easy to operate. I think this design is the best of both worlds. Airflow not affected by grate design or louvers because of the low velocity out of the plenum.

Looks great, shipped fast and works good.

I've replaced all my registers with this beautiful design. Great quality

Looks good fits and works well

These decorative floor registers are very nice quality and a great price. We bought one several years ago and it still looks brand new. So, when we needed more, we came right back to Walmart for them. The home improvement stores sell these for almost ten dollars MORE!

replaced all of mine in my house with these.

The grate is beautiful. However, the description is deceptive. It is listed as an 8-pack, but I only received one. I want my other 7 grates, please.

I needed new vents for my new LVP wood floors. These were a perfect fit %26 color was exactly ordered. No more rusty floor vents. Very competitively priced
