They are very handy and easy to install

Build quality not so good
Got it put in. Easy install. Got the tools in it and was happy with it for about 3 weeks until I opened up the tailgate and the door fell off! The spot welds holding the door on the hinge didn't hold nothing. Had to rivet it. A couple of weeks later the door wouldn't stay closed! The front bottom face plate where it is supposed to connect to the main frame and sides had become unwelded! So again pull out the rivets to fix it. Dee Zee needs to step up its quality control program.

Not custom fit-Un-Thilled
Should not be so long-did not fit behind tire well Did not install since I drive king ranch and this was not designed to fit tight against side of bed it would have 2 1/2 gap-when I ordered I gave exactly what it was getting installed in and I assumed custom fit,yet that not the case-OVERPRICED JUNK

Disappointed
I've had the tool box installed on my pickup for about two months. The door latch will not stay in position so the door keeps falling open. About a week ago the tool box door fell off the hinge. The spot welds had failed. Quite dissatisfied.
